mmh, I only know www.animewallpapers.com. They have some fanart on Dragonball. You might also take look into the forum there, perhaps you find additional info.

Uhm...there was dragonball city...think the link was dragonball-city.nl...best to try googling Dragonball City...it's a dutch site but in English as well. If I remember rightly, had a lot of hentai which was quite amusing. Nice to see the real side of Bulma ;)
