I have a lot of text in CAPS currently and I want to de-capitalize it so to speak. Is there a really easy way to do this that I'm missing? Or a program?
Also is there a way to do it so that the capital letters at the beginning of sentences remain?
Cheers.

Hmm that's odd I could sware that MS word had a change case, tool, but looking through MSword2000 I don't see it anywhere.

There sure are ways to do it. I know that Microsoft Word 97 and Word 2002 are able to do it.
All you have to do is highlight the text you want to change.
Go to 'Format' near the title bar
Click on 'Change Case'
Then there'll be five options. 'Sentence Case' will decapitalize all the letters except the word in the beginning of the sentence.

Yup, MS word 2000 has the ability to do it. Highlight the text, go format -> change case then you can choose what kind of case you want for the text.
*edit* I am a bit slow, grazzhoppa got to it before me.
