    No, even that $5,000 is very stupid - just politician's hot air talking. Multiply that times the 4 million kids born every year and you'll see just how stupid it is. And note that she said nothing about where all that money would come from!! Just running her mouth and trying to fool some of the people. (And that's just ONE of the reasons why I would NEVER vote for her.)
