The two sides of respect and disrespect are separated by a thin line of neutrality. Were this concept a coin it would be in everyone's pocket. When a two-sided coin is thrown in the air it has a 50% chance of landing on either side, but with respect as a coin the probability is determined by the coin's owner. How the owner determines respect or disrespect is unique. To be neutral can be misunderstood at times. Sometimes even the communication of a reason for neutrality can be misinterpreted.
