What do you think of Dexter, the tv series?

Entirely watchable.

I sessioned the first 2 seasons a few weeks ago. It's no Six feet under or Deadwood but it's a good as Heroes or Lost or what have you.

I think that the 1st season (the only one i saw) its much better than any Lost or six feet under series. If you watch carefully you will see that in each episode something important occurs. There is action and story developmente every episode. There are not the the typical "dead episodes" (just to make the season bigger). Every episode its interesing and funny and will devour it 'till the last minute lol.

Also, Dexter character is very interesting, well played by the actor.

So, in resume, i think that the 1st season was great :P

i avoided doing anything like that so i wouldn't spoil it, but i ahve seen them all so i know who the ice truck killer is, we downloaded them all and watched them at the same time the americans had it, and it was brilliant, his GF's ex husband was a total asshole, and he deserved everything that came to him!

I love it plus I think there is a killer in all of us, we just surpress that part of us.

yes dexter did it for justice, (even if it is a perverted kind) however her EX was a sadistic asshole who smacked people around for fun, and i think that men who smack they're wifes, GF's about do, do it for fun

I think Dexter is being almost as mean to her as her husband was. He is using her, just in a different way. He likes her (will never love her) because she is damaged. And its in his best interest if she stays that way.

in what way is dexter being mean to her, he is not raping her, he is not hitting her, he looks after her kids and seems to love them, (but that could be because he is just a kid himself)

They just starting playing repeats on CBS, so I'm seeing it for the first time. I like it.

yes, we cannot forget that the argument behind dexter is good because it came from a book. Thats part of the sucess i think

Whats that about the ex? I think i missing something lol. Is that some plot from season 2? I read somewhere that in season 2 there will be another woman in dexter life, but in Portugal we dont have yet season 2 on tv. But...if i want i just go to net, and voila! lol
