According to this the principal is soon to be let go once final arguments are put forth. My dad was sitting in his computer chair hearing about this, he began yelling "oh cry me a river you f**king ni***er" & then "I hope you choke I hope you die" & "that louse, she got what she had coming, I hope she starves" and things like that... it's really sick to hear someone yelping about that kinda thing. The dumb ass was hired to teach printing someplace or what-not, then he was asked to fix some of the equipment they had, he couldn't, so he certainly is no teacher.. right now at his school he works at he's not even giving the kids real assignments, he just let's them play all day on the internet and makes assignments up, then does them himself, then posts them on the wall saying his students did them. He's completely f**king nuts and maybe now you can see why I'm sick of this fella. He's constantly harassing me even if I say I'm quitting this job and stuff, he makes work the end of the world... I think he's mentally ill because this guy has a completely warped sense of reality. You know what he was telling me? He said if you're not working you're better off being dead, that money is life and that's the way it is. He said this principle should die and stuff, it's sick.

Also he complains about work but right now he's not even really doing any, he's pretending he does it and making things up, I'm creeped out man.

Sounds like my Dad. I took a day off work when I was working night shift because I pulled a muscle doing some heavy lifting and he was like "You'll go to work" like I was twelve years old and trying to skip school....as if I was just going to change my mind or something.

To some people life is just work, sleep, work, sleep, work, sleep.

If you find your father that annoying and feel that he doesn't help you any mentally then I would suggest not just finding a new job but moving out. In certain respects rather than driving each other crazy by being in the vicinity of one another get yourself your own personal space, you'll thank yourself for doing so.

As I said in the other thread.
Take some responsibility for your life, move out, and look for a new job before leaving this one.
