Well freedom of speech is a very peculiar phenomenon and if Mr. Hardgrave thinks that people should be wary about it, he’s is just playing naïve for what ever gain.

He refers to it as “People’s powerful right”, and indeed it is a peoples thing. With all its advantages and disadvantages. Just as freedom to like or dislike and freedom to agree or disagree are,
