I wonder ...if we, as citizens of the nation, see something that we think is suspicious, should we turn our backs on it, or seek the police or authorities about it? If you see someone apparently kidnapping a little kid, the little kid is crying and yelling, should we .....do call the police or do nothing?

Reserve Officer Training Corps
Mainly, it is a way for college students to prepare for a career in the military.
People who want to be officers in the military, instead of enlisted soldiers will often take ROTC in college.
