I bought what I thought was a really kick ass bag of cubes the other day...turns out the guy ripped me off and sold me a worthless bag of squares.

Ok..so we can learn something in a pointless thread...the cube on the far right...how many different combinations could be attained with a 7x7x7 cube? hehe..just curious. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
A Day in the Life Bro #1: (outside apartment, knocks on door.) Bro #2: (inside apartment, walks to door and opens it.) Bro #1: "Cheeheeaa, yo' ma man? Yo' shakin' it? Bro #2: "Betta get yo' black ass in hea, ma man, yo' ma nig? (flashes big grin, steps back as Bro #1 enters apartment.) Bro #2: "Bro, I got this Heekin, it down, brutha. But this, this shit mo'Heekin, know what?
Apparently you got a hold of some seriously strong cubes...drink some water, and try to eat something.
I'm trying to do the maths....but am having some difficulty. There are 49 squares on each side of the cube, and there are 6 sides. That's a total of 294 squares. I'm not sure where to go from there to get the total number of color combinations.
\( \frac{8! \times 3^7 \times 12! \times 2^{10} \times 24!^8}{4!^{36}} \approx 1.95 \times 10^{160} \) "Sheeeeeee....t"
I gather "cubes" is a slang term for some kind of drug. Laced sugar cubes, perhaps? (Googled) I don't think Om's cubes are real ones. I think they are art forms made with clay and tile. (?) Maybe I am wrong on both counts. I'm not very good at supposing.
They are the real deal. Run-of-the-mill plastic toys . None of them have tiles - although I've been considering buying tiles because they don't wear out like the stickers do. I don't know if you can see this, but the stickers on the professor cube (the 5x5) are totally worn out. This is due to the fact that I've never replaced them since I bought it. It is going to be a lot of work, so I've procrastinated on it. The others look great because they all have fresh PVC stickers on them, and the V-cube 7 is brand new (got it for Christmas).
