Should I use the report thread link to report duplicate threads and threads that don't belong in certain forums? There are three copies of louispoessel's Dreams-the Gateway thread in existence. One has been moved to the cesspool, there's another one in general science and another in science and society. Each are just shameless plugs of some book the guy wrote. These are also the only posts he's made on this forum.

I still get annoyed everytime I see Qu'ran on the science of the universe in the general science forum. James R. has posted in it, so I guess it's got mod consent.

I moved the one to the cesspool. I was aware of the others, however I forgot to mention it to the other mods. And yes, you should report them. Or PM the mod of that section.

I reported that same thread. I believe I reported it in the Sci Fi section and claimed it was already in other sections (and he had a beard). That's if memory serves well.

The only problem with PMing the mod for general science is that he seems to be missing in action, and the other forum has no mod. How does the report action work? Does it send a report to the mod of the particular forum or to Porfiry or a calling all mods?

I've come across a couple of others as well, don't remember for sure which. One I remember is from Gabreal. They have different titles if I remember right, but same content. About Electromagnetic fields or something. I know one is in general science, don't recall where the other is. I'd suggest a merge with those.
