I had the oddest dream last night.

I was coughing up shards of broken mirrors. It's didn't hurt, but I had three people trying to help fix me (two were doctors, I think). One of the "doctors" was the professor from Gilligan's island... He said it had something to do with the way that I was breathing...

I hadn't learned to breathe correctly.

Regardless... Everytime I would cough, thousands of little shards brokens mirrors came out my mouth and shot all over the place. It was quite disturbing. :confused:

Wow...thats really interesting. I'd love to hear a psycholgist's take on that.

Keep in mind, I was watching Nick @ night.... and the other night, Jeanie from I dream of Jeanie was in my dream...

Jeanie ending up being my mom... weird.

I just wanted to say that the title of this thread simply stikes me as very cool/beautifull.

Remeber that the signs of stress and restlessness in life resides in the breath, it become shallow and irregular as the world envelops us. To be at peace, practice concious breathing: Deep, slow breaths in regular intervals, using the whole lung instead of just the top part of it.
