Can anyone enlighten me as to how high the corporate taxes in the USA are? And, if there an exemption limit, how high is that?

Well, I was under the impression that many major coroprations, such as GM, managed to avoid paying any at all by cleverly manipulating intracompany money transfers. That happens in the UK as well, a lot.

It is purposely confusing and information is hard to come by for a reason. I will try to find out what I can but don't expect a percentage rate or anything...Realize that big corporations and our government are a tight knit family.
