With the recent string of comic book movies, I felt a need for this. Which comic book hero do you like the best and do they deserve their own movie? I personally would like to see an Iron Man or Green Lantern. Daredevil looks like it should be pretty good, but I'm not to sure on the Hulk or X-Men 2. What we need is a good DC Comics movie.

DC Comic movie? Don't you remember Superman (circa 1979)? Heh heh ...

We need one better than that although they were good.

I know they aren't really "superheroes" per say, but I have really been waiting for a Sandman or Death movie. The Death movie was supposedly in the works, but I haven't heard anyhting about it a while...

Iron Man would be a good movie too...i think. I'd love to see X-Men with more comic-book-based stories and well-dressed costumes...I hated how Sabretooth looked like and how the rest of the story was twirled...oh im sorry, not the rest of the story, BUT most of the storyline!

I dunno about comic book movies in general, they get everythign wrong and completely screw up the storyline.

Sandman is so good I would chop off my arm for it's sake ( i don't know exactly what that would prove, but. . .). You should try a library to see if they have any copies. I've found that recently libraries in general have been starting to stock graphic novels in huge numbers in the "Young Adults" section in order to appeal to young readers. Kinda pisses me off though cause I'm not 11 but I have to go in there to check out my comics.

I really despise Hollywood for because of that.
It's not only comic books, but novels, and true stories.

If I had money, I'd finalize, and publish my book.

I'd have a novel version, graphic novel version, and animation feature film.

All would have different perspectives of the story.
In other words, each medium would tell the story in a different view, but the story itself would be completely intact and constant.

The reason for this is that each medium would add to the story that the other medium would not be able to add.
Thus, through all three mediums, the entire story is told.

My favorite has always been spiderman. (Not the movie version.)
Phoenix is my other favorite. (Not Jean Grey, but their daughter.)
