Blue=Calm
Red=Power
I would like to know what each color helps convey to another person. Anybody have them all?

So if a person were colorblind, would they be incapable of feeling X?

Black is the most powerful. I learned this in Grade nothing while playing with crayons.

Black and red together are even stronger.
Maybe you missed what I meant.
I saw that Tiger Woods wears red when he plays because it is a power color.
I heard George Bush wears a Blue tie to help imbue a calm feeling when he talks about certain subjects...ect...
just curious what each color represents?
Wondering what the worst and best colors for certain situations are.

Light has all the colors, and the light is absorbed by everything. So when you see a certain color, what you are looking at, is a thing that is absorbing the light, but a certain frequency of the light. So what you are really looking at is the only frequency of light that is not being absorbed by the surface you are looking at.
Lets say the color we can perceive are 256 frequencies, but there are infinite ammount of color frequencies we cannot see, because of the way the Sun shines on the Earth. So we evolved this way. Modern science is well aware of this, and had created a software to convert this colors we cannot see into a more accurate representation for our limited eye sight.
For an example, lets put a limit to the number of colors (1000), but I donīt think there is a limit.
We can only see 256 of these 1000 colors, so we are in the middle.
From frequencies 0-372 we call it infrared, and from frequencies 628-1000 we call it ultraviolet. From 372-628 we got the 256 frequencies our eyes are able to see (Nothing before red, nothing after violet).

When you see a color on an "X" surface, you are looking at one frequency out of the 256 we can perceive. If the frequency equals more than 628, is too bright for us; and if its less than 372, is too dark.
The surface is absorbing the whole set of colors, but is rejecting 1 frequency, that is the color we perceive, the only color that is not absorbed by the surface.
So I donīt know about the mood thing, but is perfectly feasible due to the infinite properties of the light we are absorbing into our bodies.
Colors do entice people to do certain things. Ever wonder about coca cola red?
