Ever since I started using uTorrent I'm developed an addiction to anime

Don't get me wrong, I've always loved anime and I have friends who would lend me their DVD series but now that I just dump it all onto the PS3 it seems I'm getting into it again.

SO, the new anime I started watching is Code Geass and so far (almost done with ses1) it's been really great. I also like this idea of Britania, the EU and the Chinese federation. Pretty cool and good anime.

How about you guys - have you seen the series, did you like it?

    Just ... can't ... do it

I have tried, actually tried to get into this series, and I just can't do it. Couldn't tell you why, though. Suffice to say that while it doesn't annoy me, I just don't feel any connection to it.

well ... what do you expect from anime? Do you want more logic in it a better storyline perhaps? more grotesque, tell me.

I can try and find you with suitable anime.

I stumbled across an episode of it being shown on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim one night - late night at that... ...I think it was on at 2am EST. It just happened to be at a point in the show where somebody mentioned the battle between the United States of Japan and the Britannian Empire. That was enough to get me to watch it again, and before I knew it, I'd watched the whole damned run.

For some reason, I found quite humorous the bits where somebody would burst into combat between bunches of giant piloted robots with some new & ever more powerful model, which would send everybody on the opposing side into a tizzy because they thought there just couldn't possibly be a better one than the top of the line jobby they'd dreamed up seemingly yesterday.

    LoL

None of those people are scrawny enough.

The sumbitches on Code Geass looked like they never so much as heard of solid food !

I watched an episode of this once, however, I did not understand the premise of it all; the plot. Can a certain individual be kind enough as to explain what is basically going on in this particular anime series? If that is the case, thank you. To me at the time, it just appeared to have potential for an interesting new series to watch.
