Well, its all over. One thing Id like to say is that it was AWESOME! CAN I GET A HELL YA!?
Anyway, It was done much better than the Dune2000. Most noticebly is that they computer generated the background intstead of using backdrops like in the first one (they were REALLY noticable). Next is that the Fremen eyes. In Dune2000 the eyes glowed like they were always under black lights. In contrast, Children of Dune utilized what seemed to be bright blue contacts. Interesting.
If dont love dune, than it probably wasnt for you. It didnt have as much action as anticipated but the storyline was solid and well done.
Aside from the hokey looking worm larve (when Leto sticks his hand in the sand), and the fact that Jessica Atreides was played by someone else along with about 2 other characters (in relation to Dune2000), It was not too bad.... Not too bad at all.
Favorite line:
"Even your empire must live its time and [then] die"
Opinions greatly appreciated.
Oh and I NEED THAT SOUNDTRACK! Dam the music was GREAT! Bravo!
