US Vice-President Dick Cheney has made a geographical gaffe during a foreign policy speech, appearing to confuse Peru with Venezuela.

While criticising Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, Mr Cheney said "the people of Peru deserve better".

He's been working with Bush too long. His trademark incoherence is starting to rub off on him.

He can't figure what part of the government he works for. Should we really expect him to to know the difference between Peru and Venezuela?

    LOL :roflmao:

As for Cheney, he can get away with it, once.. maybe twice, as long as its geographical, but i'm sure that Chavez is laughing his ass off.
