    Hi Kumar,
What center line do you mean, and how does that wave relate to the fundamental forces?

That is EM wave. On pendulum there is a still position, that can be considered as center line.

Simply, whether all fundamental forces cause vibrations? If so, what will be the mid of those vibrations and its significance? Whether moving pendulam get a short pause at mid?

I think, midline of a wave(other forces?) can be of two types. When stable position when no outer energy is applied(say at absolute zero) & other when it on mid when energy is applied. Eg. a pendulum's positions.
