this is exactly why Hamas, Jihad Islami, al-Aqsa martyrs, PFLP, DFLP and the rest of them should be dismantled.

But we need to arm Isreali fools with Weapons of mass destruction. Hmm.
We need to provide to Isreal millions of dollars and tanks and munition and helicopters.
We need to provide to Palestinian people fake promises and false sense of security while still arming Isreal around the back.
We are not committed to any
so-called truce and we will
fight the settlers and the
Israeli military inside the occupied
territories,"
This is not in Israel proper, they said they would attack Israel for 3 months. They are within the territorial limits set by the Green line if I am not mistaken. There might have to be a distinction, Israel or the entire levant.

the cease-fire explicitly states that there will be no attacks on jews inside or outside of israel proper. this includes settlers and soldiers.
besides, that guy was no settler or soldier. he was a foreign worker from Bulgaria fixing a road.

The ceasefire was jointly declared by Hamas and Islamic Jihad. This shooting was the responsibility of "the Fatah-affiliated
Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade". Obviously, they didn't break the ceasefire because they never signed it.
edit: actually it seems they did join the ceasefire after the two others declared it. The way I see it they either:
a) Don't care about their credibility.
b) Are having problems reigning in their more extreme factions that may resent the ceasefire.
c) Joined up specially to sabotage the ceasefire.

the rest of the groups said (to Abbas) they don't agree to the ceasefire but they won't violate it either. yet they did.
Well then why lump all the groups in when you have a beef with one, and you can't complain about the cease fire being broken since it wasn't signed by that Fatah. Logic
