Can't stay loggen in. In fact if I leave the site and come back, I find I have to log in again. Before it only happenede when I closed Firefox . That "remember me" tick-box seems to want to forget me.
Have you considered starting a thread about it - preferably one that no-one with any sense responds to? That'll probably prove more effective than, for instance, PM'ing the admin for help. ############# take care, Za... sorry, redarmy11.
Because someone else may have the problem too, and so it would be obvious it was a forum problem, rather than a personal computer problem.
If it is my computer, it's spreading. I left Xp and rebooted into Windows ME and I get the same problem.
hi redarmy I am glad i have such an effect on you!!! ############## take it ez zak PS - i get this problem too.
Well I still havn't solved the problem. I suppose it doesnt matter really, after a while I get used to the inconveniance. Like when you get impaled in the kidneys by a shard of glass. At first it hurts, but after a while you get used to it. Years later you wonder how you managed without it. Useful for hanging keys on.
I just use the control+enter option on opera. It automatically fills in the password and login you have used before.
Hi spurious and if yopu dont have opera but the might IE what do you do? ######################### Take care zak
Strange, I just noticed that if I start Firefox from the shortcut in the Start menu, it keeps me logged in. But if I start Firefox from the shortcut on my desktop, it can't "remmeber me".
************* M*W: I'm having the same problem of getting kicked off. I downloaded opera, and will see if that works. None of the posts I've written have stuck. This is getting old.
To everyone suffering this problem: Do you see, in the address bar, something like this: s=02193485723409587...? I had this problem for a few minutes one day and I noticed that this strange number was popping up into the address where it never had before or since. I believe that it is the session id and might have something to do with the problem.
