Pftt. Trials? Do you really think they'll even be charged with anything? I doubt it. Their actions are perfectly understandable. Especially those drive by guys who killed the kid. What a gutless move a drive by shooting is! Just driving by the house shooting randomly because you don't have the balls to go after the guy one on one? Or the patience to simply wait for him to come out of the house and attack him directly?

I say anyone convicted of a drive by shooting should be put to death even if no one was killed.

The insurgents are military targets.

 

Which makes the guys shooting at people they cannot identify and who cannot defend themselves, in their own country, military heroes. Same as any drive by.

 

No because the drive by's are against civilians and innocent people. Insurgents are not civilians.
