Not really. He didn't even try to hide what he was doing, which is what made it so funny to me. I'm sure that we've all touched someone or something that grossed us out at one time or another, but didn't want to run away and wash our hands for fear of offending people. But Bush was like, "Fuck it. I'm wiping this crap on Bill's shirt and I don't care who sees me."
