Border Manager around

    I've got a Windows 98 workstation that's running Novell's Border Manager version 3.0 on it. That said could anyone tell me how to disable it? Thanks for the help.

    edit: It should be said though that this workstation is not my personal computer, rather it is my schools. As I do not have administrative access I cannot mess with standard settings.
