Have you read "Ender's Game" its a must read book. I Highly recommend this to you. This is a great Sci Fi Book to read, try to look for it and see for yourself.
Discworld by Pratchett, if you like witty prose, strong characterisation, social satire and imaginitive stories.
Here's a couple of great fantasy seriesi Game of Thrones by George rr Martin. This is the first book in his serier Ice and Fire. This was the best book I had ever read before I read The Blade Itself by Ian Abercrombie. Wonderful stuff.
Cyberpunk? P.K.Dick William Gibson Bruce Sterling even Isaac Asimov I would list titles, but there is too many.
I haven't read any of the series you listed so I'm not sure what you like. But if you're looking for a series you might enjoy Larry Niven's books. They're not a rigorously ordered series but they're all set in more-or-less the same future, spread out over a few centuries or perhaps millennia. I rather enjoyed Alan Dean Foster's Taken trilogy (starting with Lost and Found) but then I'm a dog lover and one of the main characters is a dog with intelligence enhanced by aliens. His Commonwealth series is iconic and if you happen to enjoy fantasy that gets a little silly, try his Spellsinger series. James P. Hogan's Gentle Giants trilogy is well regarded; he was a real scientist who wrote realistically. Ditto for Robert L. Forward; he wrote one really nice, scientifically scrupulous series before he died. My two favorite books of all time are Code of the Lifemaker by Hogan and Midworld by Foster. My wife with the M.A. in English thought the latter qualified as "real" literature.
