I come up with July, 2004.

For those not familar with the term "Blue Moon", it is the second full moon in the same month.

The phrase "Blue moon" has been around for over 400 years, but has had several meanings.

In the 16th century, the phenomenon was called "Blue moon" aswell as "Green cheese", both used as synonyms for someone saying something completely absurd, such as black is white, night is day, and so on.
Secondly, "Once in a blue moon", means that something happens infrequently. This is the most commonly used today. A blue moon can also symbolize sadness and loneliness.
