1. Figure out who you are criticising (don't criticise anyone of importance like judges, MPs, senators, presidents, royalty or old people you don't know)
2. Figure out what they have done worthy of criticism (don't criticise things you don't understand, like business ventures, investments or Sergeant Lard's TaTas)
3. Establish how fast you can run away quickly (or get out of the country. Take cosmictraveler's advice and run a mile in their shoes. Don't, however, criticise anyone whilst wearing stilettoes)
4. Don't use cliches (you fucking moron)

Also, do not criticize teachers when your grades depend on them. I am tolerably nice to one of my professors who wears a fur coat. If she weren't my teacher, I would slam the door in front of her face.

My ex critized me for being depressed. She told me to get on with my life. I have never heard such stupid advice. As if a depressed person doesn't know that they should get on with their life. The problem is that they can't.
