VATICAN CITY - "The Vatican's newspaper has finally forgiven John Lennon for declaring that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, calling the remark a "boast" by a young man grappling with sudden fame. The comment by Lennon to a London newspaper in 1966 infuriated Christians, particularly in the United States, some of whom burned Beatles' albums in huge pyres. But time apparently heals all wounds" John Lennon had a right to say whatever he wanted to say. No other church said anything about his "flippant" remark but the Vatican. What seems to be their fucking problem with freedom of speech anyway? They get to have priests that rape children and the priests never are punished but let one person say something bad about their "savior" and they carry a grudge for a very long time. Assholes, all of the Vatican are assholes. We are surrounded by hypocrites and myth makers and when something is said about them, they take offense, give me a fucking break.
