It says the thing is "Ultra Durable 2 & Dynamic Energy Saver" which sits well with me. I always want to save energy that's why I never use suspend mode.

The ultimate PC can't ever be built for the components keep changing as time moves along. What is the ultimate today is the discarded remenants of tomorrow. Just buy what you can afford, don't go nutz, and buy AMD not Intel, IMHO. ASUS makes great MOBO's as well.

And I completely disagree, if cash isn't a factor then Intel is the only way to go right now. Maybe things will change in the future.
