Anyone have any super BBQ sauce recipes?

It's spelt worcestershire: http://www.leaperrins.com/index_uk.php
Thanks geodesic. I googled it, but there's enough misspellings out there for it to go missed.

my bbq recepie : redwine , tomato paste , worchestersauce , black pepper , red pepper , a little chilli powder, parsley , dill and some olive oil for consistancy... heat it to just below boiling point and then marinade the meat in it under preasure (use a plate) after about 2 hours of marinade its ready to cook :)
This pressure idea intrigues me. And dill?
I must try this.

ye you put it in the marinade in say a salad bowl or pan.. then cover it with a plate and place a heavy object ontop of the plate I recomend a rock as it adds a rustic touch to the look of your kitchen if someone comes in accidentally and is surprised by your great cooking skill.

You should try brushing the following mixture onto your barbequed poultry:
Horseradish mustard+Salt+Black Pepper+Lime Juice
Mix according to your preferences (you may have to experiment a bit. I tend to use a whole jar of mustard, a tablespoon of lime juice and many generous shakes of the salt and pepper).
This makes the chicken nice and tender, while giving it a crispy glaze that's quite good, particularly with rice or salad.
Also (I know this sounds weird) adding grape jelly to your existing barbeque sauce recipe can add a sweet piquancy that really enhances flavor.
Grape jelly... Alright.
I usually use molasses to sweeten my BBQ sauce.
