Arrrggghhhhhh

Help..before I kill this machine.

Is there any way to convert a flash file into a avi movie or any other format that will allow me to get this fucker on tape?

I screen recorded it but no audio so I try Tempgnec to get the audio but this atrocious motherfucker won't support any form of audio. I converted the audio file to wave, mp3 lame and god knows what else.....I am getting beyond frustrated after spending 6 hours on what was suppose to be a 2 hr ordeal.

I even tried Windows movie maker but Microsoft's love for making fucking shitty ass software coupled with to create fucking formats no one supports is getting me nowhere. I need help fast. I have very limited time on this and I have worked too hard to let some crap fart software let me down. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

well uhm... if you have flash you can do it with an export.

IF your video card has SVideo out, plug it into you VCR and record it that way. You may also be able to do it with Director 8 save to AVI option, but there will be a bit of stuffing around to get the flash clip in. There are also several FLASH to AVI utilities on the net, just type in Flash to AVI in google.
