    yeah, it's interesting.
    what about it?

why is this so interesting? it was funded by the US?
    well check this out.
the US funded a study of kindergarteners to see how they learn violence.
they chose 6 or 8 classes of kids and divided them up into 2 groups.
in both groups there was a teddy bear "victim".
in the first group the bear was untouched by the teacher.
in the second group the bear was pummeled every so often throughout the day by the teacher. the teacher would smack and hit it.
the teachers were then taken from the classes and the children were observed through a two way mirror.
guess what the researchers found, that's right, children act out what they see.
now, how much of a threat is television?

just remember this interesting bit of trivia the next time you catch your 5 year old staring all glassy eyed into a TV.

They're basically using behavior modification techniques to coerce parents and teachers into submitting to public indoctrination of school children to education which has been show to be harmful in some cases. As a policy the Federal government is using shrinks to mindfcuk people into going along with Federal education policy. That is blatantly wrong.

well if i was as good a writer as the one in your story i could have the US funding research on how to make kids violent.
it's all in the way you portray what the actual events are.
sam is one of the best at it i've seen on this board.

That's like saying there are different ways to spin killing milliions of people. The nature of the act is still bad no matter how it is tenderly portrayed by the writer.

Well, sure ....like if those millions were attacking you, and you killed them in self-defense. See? Spin, spin, spin.

No, it isn't. And you should take some time to think about some examples of various news headlines and subheadings, then read the articles. Newspapers write those headlines and subheadings to draw attention ...sometimes even if it's nothing like the story!

    "Man Shot Dead!"

    "Homeowner Kills Intruder!"

    "Man Kills Violent Intruder!"

    "More Gun Violence!"

Different headlines, but all from the same exact story of an armed robber confronted by the homeowner, and shot the robber to protect his family.

I guess you're right. How do we get unbiased reporting?

    all reporting is biased.
    all education is propaganda.
more philosophical than anything but still an element of truth.

You can't do that but you can ensure that all reporters don't have the same bias. Prevent media mergers.

Why can't you get unbiased reporting? If you just state the facts and leave opinion out bias should be minimal shouldn't it?

if you was a reporter what news stories would you go after?
how would you portray the other side of the stories you covered?

you can post your answer if you want but the truth is that you would be biased in not only the types of stories you reported, but also in the way you portrayed the other side.

If you stick to the facts there is only one side. ie Nightclub bombed. 12 killed and 40 injured. Noone has claimed responsibility for it yet.

Americans are being pushed back into the middle ages with the type of reporting that's going on. When will they stand up and prevent this lying, biased, crap of reporting from happening? Never I'll say and they will get exactly what they deserve, more crap being thrown at them.

Propaganda has been around for a long time. I started totally ignoring the mainstream news when the television weather reporter spoke of an angry storm was on its way, about 7 years ago. That was also about the time I stumbled into neurolinguistic programming and my eyes were opened to applied psychological persuasion techniques.
