There is a book "I am legend".
It's about a man who becomes the last alive human on Earth, all the rest die or turn into undead (vampires).
So he barricades in his house during the night and during the day cleanses his neighbourhood so that there are lesser vampires during the nights.

Anyways, but to the vampires he has become the stuff of legends, the terrible one, slayer. To them he is a monster from an age long gone.

It's a very good read.

well, ive gone back to opera because firefox seems to be playing up with swf files.

I'm all for Firefox now,...don't know what's it gonna be in a few months again,....
