thats the extent of my information on this subject

It's going to be an online multiplayer game similar to Phantasy Star Online, and will allow different player's parties to hunt together, trade items and interact. There will be a large scripted story, plus perodically updated side quests and missions for characters to embark on. Fighting will most likely be real-time.

There's also another FF game, Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicle that's only coming out for GameCube. *gloats*

Final Fantasy 11 is coming out for PS2 AND PC as it is gonna be the first online Final Fantasy. The thing is, the PS2 hasn't got its modem ready yet (LOL, a modem, thats poor).

Phantasy Star Online remains a firm favourite game of mine. Its great (cos it has some guns :D )

No, but aren't they the same as the Dreamcast ones?

No. Episode 1 is the same as PSO verson 2.0, but with added weapoons, items, missions and character classes (there are now twelve).

Episode 2 is a full-scale sequel, with new worlds, items, weapons, enemies, bosses and modes of gameplay.

Both will be playable online, plus up to four people can play multiplayer games on a split screen at home, with no internet connection.

Plus it has a new intro, upgraded grphics and blah, blah, blah.

And its a Nintendo only release then?

It's coming out on XBox, too, but not on the PS2 (which seems a little weird). Anyway, I think that the Nintendo version is the only one with the splitscreen thing, but I'm not sure. There's a Phantasy Star thing that just came out on Gameboy, and there's some other GameCube Phantasy Star game in development, but it's some kind of card game. I read somewhere that it was going to be halfway between Pokemon and Triple Triad from the Final Fantasy games.

Dude, PSO2 and Crystal Chronicle are both going to rock.
