I once heard a quote about anticipation being better than actually having an event take place. For example, today is my "Friday" because I don't work again until Sunday so I am anticipating the arrival of my weekend. But when the weekend gets here I sit at home and play games or run errands or study or get stuff done. Don't get me wrong, it feels nice to not have to work. But I must say there is something about the "want" inherent in all of us that makes me feel so good. :)
So what do you say? Is the anticipation of something happening better than something actually happening?
