Is there some form of pigment disorder that causes skin pigments, melanin etc to be overproduced for no reason, as the opposite of Albinism, where pigments are produced in very low quantities, if at all?

is that where the people who suffer the disorder have to be cearful otuside, and some will not even go outside at all, i think its called, xeroderma pigmentosum??
