I have read a rumor that The X-Files will have a ninth season. Is that true? What the deal?

I heard that to! No really I did, and I don't look foward to it. Why? well because the x-files sucks now thats why.

They should just change the title from X-Files to Scully's Misadventures. Because we all know thats the only reason why some of us even watch anymore.

Is the 9th series the one thats just finished with Scully and Mulder gettin it on and where the Smoking man gets blown up. I hope there is a new series because I was gutted when it finsihed, i watched it again tonight and nearly cried.... Damn im sad

There will probaly be a spinoff series though (not the Lone Gunmen), one day.
