Middle to upper middle class white men just get it up the ass, every day, from our oppressive culture. It's horrible!

I think men of all races have it tougher than women as far as social attitudes go. It is far more politically correct to demonize males than to demonize females.

I think you've got a point here. Men do have their own stereotypes to live down.

I simply find the "andrist movement" to be as silly as the porn-burning Dworkin types. No, men are not an oppressed class because they often pay for a date (with the obvious expectation of sex), and no, women are not an oppressed class because of Hustler.

We have the paradoxical idea that to gain power, we must be the victims of those who are in power. Odd to say the least, pathetic to be honest.

Bah, you think that's bad, you should try living with my cat.

HHmm, I would have thought that men of all races have it easier in many ways than women, less restrictions for one. On the other hand they are expected to go off and wear themselves out hunting and goign to war, to keep the women in the style to which they would liek to become accustomed. Only that is such a stereotype nowadays, but still somewhat true.

I wouldnt say its paradoxical that to gain power one must be the victims of those in power. Its that firstly, in order to be a victim of powerful people, one must have less power, therefore, to borrow a pop song, "the only way is up". Secondly, there is the advantage of being the underdog, of beiong see to be weak and feeble and bullied. Stereotypically speaking, that is the womans way of doing things.

Darn those feminists! They complain to much! What's the problem with letting a man pay for the date? It doesn't make me feel any less powerful, it just makes me feel spoiled
