Can any moderator ban people?
Shouldn't the many moderators form something of a council which needs to unanimously agree for someone to be banned?
Fair enough if plazma can ban someone on a whim, but I don't think any individual moderator should be able to decide someone's fate.
If that is the way it is I think the selection of who moderators are needs to be taken way more seriously than it has been.

We have to agree for permanent bans, but not for temporary ones, which we record in the moderator's forum for reference.
