If Israel cannot stop a suicide bomber and Israel has the most sophisticated programs on Earth, then how do you propose to better their system? If anyone wanted to destroy a Amtrak train they would just plant a bomb along the tracks and blow it up when it passed by their position. So you see there isn't any real way to stop terrorism if you think about it, is there? :shrug:
