Going to start in less than an hour, I can't wait! I used to watch it 15 years ago in England. American entertainment at its best! Now they have this 205 pounds german-looking girl Hellga!!!!

Kind of similar to the Japanese obstacle courses, but here they have gladiators to figth against...

I have a feeling that my favorite is going to be Siren, here is her blog:

How do they keep those extremely big breasts by working out so much? Can't be by natural means. I know quite a few girls who practice martial arts, and they all burn off the fat in their breasts.

I remember i used to be obsessed with Gladiators especially Wolfe. Do you know if any of the old gladiators are going to be in this one?

Steroids infected women really don't do anything for me.

There was a contestant who didn't make it in the original, because of traffic. He was 14 years older now and lost. Otherwise great show. I think smaller people have a better chance... We shall see...

Fakes, on the really big girls, 'cos yeah, to get the muscle definition, you have to lose fat, and that means bye bye boobies.

Must make bench presses tricky, don't want to drop that bar and burst a boob.

That guy who had to wait 14 years to do the show needs a life. It was all he talked about anytime that they interviewed him and when he lost he cried like it was the olympics and he just spent 4 straight years training his butt off. If his entire life revolved around getting back on American Gladiators after 14 years then I feel bad for him.
Otherwise though he competed well and the show was very good. My fiancee was even really into it and she normally does not get into watching guys and girls who are juiced out of their skulls running into each other while wearing tight clothing. I will definitely watch again tonight.
I could do without Leilah Ali being the host. The Hulkster is good because he's been in front of a camera for 25+ years. They should have gotten a female who is more accustomed to TV work who can give a better post-match interview and so forth.

I think they deserve more than just 100K. Cheap bastards at NBC! At Deal or no deal they can win 1 million just by pushing buttons and luck, here they are in real danger of hurting themselves and sweating their asses off for 100K!!!
Generally I don't like the idea of throwing big money at contestants, but in this show they deserve it...

I only used to watch Gladiators (UK) because sometimes the gladiators ripped the (female) contestants shorts off. Well, that and Jet. I was a perverted little bastard back then.

Hellga is HUGE!!!! Its kinda unfair to the women to have to go up against someone built like a man. She's 6'2", over 200 lbs.

Dude, if I was going up against one of those 'roid monsters I'd make sure my family jewels were in a nice protective sports cup. There's no way I'd take the risk of a 200lb+ monster standing on my todger!

I remember a few minutes of the original and recently i saw reruns on some channel here in the states- channel 845 had them on. I know i lkoved the show though.

Also, youtube has some videos. I remember thinking 'wow this show is sooo California' as if California was this magical place that produced beautiful people.

Hehe, funnily enough I was channel flicking and lo and behold, gladiators is on.

Cue gratuitous shots of Jet's crotch.

Haven't seen that for years and years....I saw american gladiators a few times, it's a bit...austere compared to the UK version.
