I use Benadryl and have for decades. It works fine and is cheaper and has been over the counter for decades as well.

Environmental, pollen and stuff :/ they did that test on me but damn'd if I kept the endless results cuz in the end they don't care they just give you antihistimine.
Yep, I noticed that the last time I went to get zyrtec... I'll have to try that. Claritin's the only antihistamine that does relatively little for me...it does seem to prevent attacks, but I only take it as an add-on. Still loving my quercetin megadose...and I can tell if I accidentally head out without having popped my capsules. I take at least ten-but now 12 during the day-allergy season! Joy! Nasal irrigation is also your friend.

of a supplement! Not the allergy meds! Those I take at the usual doses... About the only creative thing I do with those is stacking. And yes, quercetin IS used by people at that level...usually the rheumatoid arthritis suffering people...but I have pretty spectacular sinusitis...
Allertec was something like 14 dollars for 100 pills. It's just generic Zyrtec, if that worked for you -- get Allertec.
If your having trouble breathing because of allergies but don't require adrenilin then why don't you try salbutamol puffer? In Australia atleast its a pharmacy only Med and is now standard in vertually all first aid kits where kids are. Fenergen is still the best antihistamine on the market but if your constantly needing strong antihistamines to breath then it might be time to see a doc about cortical steroids
