Did anybody else read the new book, "The Bible Code II, the countdown"? It's by Michael Drosnin. I guess he wrote part I of this book five years ago, when a scientists (mr. rips) discovered a code hidden in the Bible and the same code in the Torah. They say it is real and already predicted events like the JFK assasination, world wars, and even the events of September 11, 2001. Now in part 2 he says that the code (which he claims has never been wrong before) predicts a smallpox plague in Israel in the year 2005, and an atomic bomb there in 2006, an all out nuclear holocaust, also the downfall of the world economy. It says we are living in the "last days". Surprisingly, the author (who was an award-winning reporter and journalist) is not religious at all- he claims he doesn't even believe in God, but also says he cannot dismiss any of this as fiction and swears it is real. Has anybody read this besides me? What is your take on this??????

THE BIBLE CODE... is hog wash...

you would notice that the words are seen... just like in word searches... side ways, diagnolly... backwards... upsidedown...

and....

everything changes if the length of the lines is changed.

and whats worst... any code... in the torah for example.. would be in HEBREW, OR GREEK....

and hebrew doesnt have a,e,i..... so how can an english translation yeild words in the code written in another launguage...?

i have my doubts...

also if the world.. ends. due to wars and desease...

it will be mans fault, and mostly because alot of strupid morons believe it has to be this way.... and they are just the morons to make it happen.. the way they see it.
