Why do you think the kid did it? Did he hate his dad for not letting him play with the weapons? Maybe he just wanted peace and didn't hate America.

Either way I find this an impressive act, and I hope there's more of this kind of thing..

Brings up the point though - Is the insurgency being run by Sadaam's former army? The kid's dad was former brass and in charge of that particular band of "rebels". Was that Sadaam's plan, lose the war but start another which they can't lose, because we don't know who to fight?

I've heard it claimed that Iran is giving the orders to Al Sauder or however you spell it. That seems kind of "conspiracy theory" to me. I know they would love to see America destroyed, but can they actually control that guy? Just curious.

Question, who said that Iran wants America to be destroyed?

And its Al'Sadr. ;)

As far as I know, the guy in charge of Iran said it. I don't have a source though. Heard a translation of his words not too long ago that basically said "death to america" as national policy in Iran.

Oh ok, is Iran a threat to the U.S?

If they have a national policy of "death to america" and are developing nuclear weapons, I'd think yes.

i read the link now... dunno?

and Wesmories, after 9/11 Iranians took to the streets and cried for America shouting "death to the terrorists who did 9/11" "condolonces to America"

despite the fact that Iran has a sort of mini US made 9/11 when an American Battleship "accidently" shot down a suvillian Iranian Aeroplane killing 300 Iranian people

Usually anyone who is standing in the path of bullets or ordinance is killed or injured. Generally a lot of people on the recieving end of a US attack are killed or injured, since we have a lot of bullets and ordinance. If a government were interested in the welfare of its people, it would likely attempt to avoid such an attack.

So be little pansies to the people with the bigger and badder guns? So if a goverment doesnt do whatever the US says then they are putting their citizens lives in danger? interesting.....(and they say muslims try to rule by the sword  )

So be little pansies to the people with the bigger and badder guns?

That depends on if the people with the bigger and badder guns have a beef with you.

So if a goverment doesnt do whatever the US says then they are putting their citizens lives in danger?

No. It's not that simple. You know that I'm sure. Perhaps you could be more direct. Maybe you could see a difference between me telling you "rob those people" and "put down that gun" if you point it right at me. One request is reasonable, one isn't.

Perhaps your view is too simplistic. Why don't you elaborate?
