Well, the 2 adult skulls (the ones on the left) look like what you'd get from head-binding, which is/was relatively common in some cultures. The swollen-headed one is obviously from a child, going by the open fontanelle on the top of the cranium; I'd suggest something like hydrocephaly...

Yes, some major deformations as a child. Hydrocephalus is possible.
