Right, I suck at maths can someone work this out for me.... Jack was banned from driving on: March 28 2005 the judge gave him a 20 month ban, 56 days before his ban is removed he should receive a letter on how to reapply for his license. On what date should he receive this letter? :bugeye:
I know his ban should come off some time in October 2006. However, not all the days in the months are the same some months have more days then other months. So trying to get a definite date confuses me.
March 28 2005 plus 20 months is November 28 2006. November 28 less 28 days is October 31. October 31 less 28 more days is October 3. 3 October 2006. Or, you can ask MS Excel. Type =DATE(2005, 3 + 20, 28 - 56) into a cell.
Right so he should get the letter on 3rd October 2006, and the Ban off comes on November 28 2006? Thanks for that,.
