Only in backward, culturally-steeped Europe would you see courts prohibiting the free sale of anything through any venue while protecting the exclusive marketing channels of these vastly over-priced products.

As I've already told you, it was supposed to be a matter of business and not at all about ethics, morality or justice. And I explained that I posted it in the WRONG category and have requested to have it moved.

So you can either return to the proper perspective of discussion or else just leave the thread alone. I really don't care which choice you make - but do ONE of the two.
