View Full Version : 5000th Post
Prince_James 12-28-06, 10:24 PM Behold! Time time has come anew to celebrate in the glory which is my post count.
At the beginning of December I asked myself "can I manage to hit 5,000 by the end"?
Evidently, the answer was: Yes!
So now, at the end of December, I have attained this lofty goal of 5,000 posts. Indeed, I've managed an average of 1000 posts in 3 months time. Truly, I am the master of SciForums.
Anyway, another David Hume is Fat Joke, brought to you by His Highness, Prince James:

David Hume has a problem with induction? I would say he has a problem with CONSUMPTION!
HHHHHHIIIIIYYYYOOOO!

Ahemm , hmm, hmm, cough - samcdkey: almost 9500 post in some 9 months ...

Go polish your halo ....:p
Prince_James 12-28-06, 11:15 PM I took a 9 month break from SciForums. She was but a whelp when I started. :P
Syzygys 12-29-06, 10:27 AM Let's give him a second cookie.
Also: Quality>>>quantity
spidergoat 12-29-06, 11:02 AM Thank you for the pic, PJ. Your royal countenance is truly noble and grand!
Prince_James 12-29-06, 09:04 PM Alas, none can match David Hume! God so ordained it and David Hume had to affirm it was a miracle, as it would be more absurd to believe he did not then to believe that he did.
Secretly, it was because a man of David Hume's girth would finish cracking the iron core of the Earth and spell the demise of the planet.

HHHHHHIIIIIYYYYOOOO!I laughed. Truly, I did.
Godless 12-30-06, 05:00 PM Well I suppose it's a matter of perspective. To some who have aquired so many posts in so little time, seems that they have no life, or anything better to do, for others who have been here just a few months and do look at the number of posts by members they may assume that individual has been here quite a long time, just by the number of posts, but we can see that's not the case. Now for some who have been here say 6 years and has an adequate amount of posts, seems like this indivdual does have a life outside of here, and something better to do, than just posting!. BTW I've been here almost 6 years! LOL...;)
Got life, gotaliveit!
Prince_James 12-30-06, 07:28 PM Godless:
Perhaps you need less of a life if you place it higher in your values than SciForums!

Life is the highest value, sciforums is just an entertainment outlet from when I'm at home, on the computer.
Apparently those who live just by the count of how many posts they have in a given forum, shows how bored they are, or that they truly need more of this form of "outlet" entertainment.
BTW I'm also Godless in IIBB, "science forum", one which a bunch of sciforumers went when Sci was down for several weeks, I'm VegasGodless in another forum, but there's no place I rather be then Sci, this is home! :D I rarely visit those other forums, so regardless that I've been a member in IIBB for 4 years now my count is very low, the science forum, is even lower, and where I'm VegasGodless, I'm around the first 100 I think. though my point is I don't live by the count buddy! Nor do I spend most of my time here reading constantly to post my opinions. Life is very precious to me outside my computer bud! ;)
Zakariya04 01-01-07, 09:26 AM PJ goes from strength to stength!!!
