I know these questions are politically incorrect, thats precisely why they should be asked.

What are the 5 best ways to promote self hatred?

Best way to promote self-hatred: to be you.

Couldn't you have made one thread?

No, it's not the same question. It's impossible to put it all in one thread.

Also, males can answer the sexism question, and racists can answer the racism question, the self hatred question applies to everyone.

Become really successful... then smoke crack for a week without stopping. It will ruin your life, and you'll probably never recover.

What about selling crack to successful people and celebrities?

I guess you could hate yourself for that, but you'd probably be too distracted by the money you're making.

Don't most celebrities hate themselves already ?

Why else would they go to such lengths to get approval & adulation from "the masses" ?

I suggest that a fine effort is already being made to promote general self-loathing in the advertising/entertainment industry, and the "consumer culture".
Simply promoting the concept that the measure of one's worth and virtue is derived from the amount and nature of one's posessions rather than one's character - and indeed that one is somehow inherently "flawed" should one not measure up in this area. Add to this an unrealistic body image - "eternally" youthful, artificially "perfect", etc, etc, and what amount to unrealistic expectations of what life is "supposed" to be like, and Ye Gots the recipe for a whole lotta woe in the realm of citizen bacillus.
