    Just an aside ...

Something that has been bugging me for a good while now is
    the Palestinian/Israeli death toll bit.

It almost seems as though the intended message is: 'Aren't
those Israelis terrible? Only a third as many of them have died
as compared to those poor Palestinians!'.

It's almost as though the US should have been chastized because
the US/Iraqi kill ratio was something like a thousand to one.

Or is it just my warped perspective?

    Take care.

If the Palestinians could flip the kill ration of Israelis/Palestinians around they would in a heartbeat. I can't say if tit-for-tat is working to stop suicide bombers, but a reoccupation of the West Bank probably would.

When a whole nation (I use the term loosely refering to Palestine) endorses terrorism or violence against its occupior, I cannot see why the Israelis would even consider giving them a state. I would be for the Palestinian cause if they protested in a non-violent method similar to Ghandi or Dr. MLK Jr.
